A Hampshire village (pop.3500) on the A31, 4 miles south of Alton and
12 miles north of Winchester, situated on an elevated chalk ridge 220
metres above sea level. This makes it, along with the neighbouring
village of Medstead the highest settlement in East Hampshire.
Four Marks
has changed a lot in recent years the Parish Council have refurbished
the village shopping area making it much more attractive, built a BMX /
